Hendricks Builders will help you find the best lender for you. You’ll meet with them to learn about different home loan options and how we can assist you making your home.
SELECT YOUR LOT
Curious if you can build on your land? I don’t have land so what do I do? We’ll provide questions to ask and help you make a plan to improve your land or provide assistance with purchasing land. We offer free evaluations to better understand your property. Don’t have land yet? No worries! Our Land Specialist can help you find the perfect property for your needs.
SELET YOUR PLAN & FINISHES
Hendricks Builders is both a custom and semi-custom builder. We ask questions to understand how you live in your home and how you want to live in your home. This helps us create a custom floor plan that fits your family perfectly.
SIGN YOUR CONTRACT
Now that you’ve chosen your home and the interior and exterior features, it’s time to sign the contract that will specify your actual product, price and placement. It provides the opportunity to make the final changes before breaking ground on your new home.
CONSTRUCTION BEGINS
The first day of construction looks different for every home because it depends on what you’re building, when you start building and what you’re building. Your Project Manager will provide you with the specifics before construction starts and provide a road map from dirt to keys.
INSPECTION
The Project Manager will build your home according to plan, staying on budget and finishing on time while allowing you to monitor the progress of your home throughout the building process. The inspection dates will be assigned at the time of your contract and will be communicated with you by the Sales Manager. The inspections allow both you and your building team to make any necessary corrections and confirm that you are getting exactly what you paid for!
